Sunday, July 29th, 2007A couple weeks ago our program went to Bejiing, and we hiked for SIX miles along the great wall. I have no idea how I did it but I did, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was so beautiful:
A lot of the scenery made me feel like I was on Lord of the Rings! I felt like I was a hobbit, attempting to carry the ring to Mordor . . . well not really but it was still coo. This one part reminded me of when the kings attempted to take the ring from Frodo:
We went on a long tumultuous journey . . .
However me and my friend Christina triumphed over it all!! Horay! (I know ma face looks really gross in this picta, just ignore it!)

Greetings from Shanghai!
Sunday, July 1st, 2007Been in Shanghai for a week, for both study abroad and modeling. It’s SO hot here, and NO one speaks English!!! I thought that since it was a big city, more people would speak English, but I guess I was wrong. It’s pretty fun here though, you can get an AMAZING 2 hour massage for only $8 US! I carry a lil parosol everywhere I go, because it is SO hot, any bit of shade you can get is good:
We went to a club, bonbon, and the rapper Jin was there, basically the only Asian Rapper evaaa:
Last night we partayed at a Shanghai Bar, and it ended up being a gay bar! All of our guy friends danced on the pole, it was a once in a lifetime experience . . . My friend jason is more running away from the dude than actually dancing!
